We've seen every possible type of snow here in the mid-elevation Sierras, it must have been some weird conditions that even allowed the snow to adhere to the lines in the first place......and then continue to build on that? I don't know more detail than that but PG&E is accepting responsibility for the event.</div><div>Bill</div><div><br></div><hr id="zwchr" data-marker="__DIVIDER__"><div data-marker="__HEADERS__"><b>From: </b>"Jay via RE-wrenches" <re-wrenches@lists.re-wrenches.org><br><b>To: </b>"RE-wrenches" <re-wrenches@lists.re-wrenches.org><br><b>Cc: </b>"Jay" <jay.peltz@gmail.com><br><b>Sent: </b>Saturday, January 31, 2026 4:12:50 PM<br><b>Subject: </b>Re: [RE-wrenches] SMA SB........ -41 sources, connection box cover<br></div><div><br></div><div data-marker="__QUOTED_TEXT__"><div dir="ltr"></div><div dir="ltr">Hi bill. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">I’m just wondering how did you confirm pg&E did the surge? </div><div dir="ltr">I’d like to know for my own education </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Thx</div><div dir="ltr">Jay</div><div dir="ltr"><br><blockquote>On Jan 31, 2026, at 10:06 AM, Bill P.
