<div dir="auto"><div><div>Yikes. I have two clients with six-figure expenditures, and they have to deal with this - in the middle of the night - during the holidays. No fault codes. Random events. It doesn't inspire confidence. This sounds like a serious issue without a clear path to resolution. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Honestly, I was hoping I did something obviously wrong (which I'm quite certain I didn't). Now that I know others are seeing the same issue, it sounds like a product/system/software problem. The proposed resolutions seem like throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">And I was thinking it might just be a parallel system issue, but now I learn it can happen with single inverters, too. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Let's be real here. An errant N-G bond or missing ferrite ring shouldn't bring down a whole system randomly and without clear reason. The whole idea of these systems is resilience. I switched to Midnite AIO in hopes of resolving issues encountered with other manufacturers. I'm starting to question that decision. </div><div><br></div><div dir="auto">EG4 isn't perfect, but I am having far more success with their gear, and no unexplained issues, at least. The Sol-Ark issues are well documented at this point, but at least they don't have shutdowns without at least an error code to go on in my experience. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I'm also dealing with some damaged on arrival batteries from Midnite that they seemingly want to blame on mishandling by my team. Unblemished boxes with damaged batteries inside, but somehow we mishandled them!</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">The disassociation between Midnite Solar and Midnite Power is another red flag for me. It makes you wonder...</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I hope they realize how serious this is. I love the AIO for so many reasons, but my customers won't accept this lack of intial reliability out of the box.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">P.S. Tyrone privately shared with me that 020700 is working for him. I'm not sure why Midnite updated my sites to other firmwares.
