<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">I think the equipment is just quirky. Our Radian system at home was doing a similar thing for a while. For some reason, with no parameter changes, it started working right most of the time.</span></p>

<div dir="auto">The inverter has been charging to only 52 VDC at no more than 700 watts since new. I had blamed the 3kW portable generator. We installed a new Kohler 12 kW Gen and the problem continued. </div>

<div dir="auto">The OB tech suggested setting the Gen input to Backup and.... problem solved. </div>
