<div dir="ltr"><div>Wrenches,</div><div>I'm in unfamiliar territory here. I got a call from someone who has a Solaredge/LG Chem system. Here is what they are saying:</div><div><br></div><div>Solomon says our solar panels are charging the LG battery but somewhere there is no connection from the LG battery to power our house when we need the battery back up. When there is a power outage we have no back up power to the house. When the system was first installed we got maybe 30 minutes of back up power once and then after that it was dead, and it just stopped charging or giving us any back up power at all. <br><br>The LG battery was recalled and we assumed that was why it hadn’t worked- we had it replaced about two years ago and we can see that it is getting charged by our panels but we do not get any back up power to the house when there is a power outage. </div><div><br></div><div>I have zero experience with either Solaredge or LG and could use some advise to know where to start or what to look for when I go out to troubleshoot.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div>Michael</div><div><br></div><span class="gmail_signature_prefix">-- </span><br><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr">
