Most of us with enough experience (scar tissue) using the PRO series schneider products know the firmware is problematic and Schneider managed to build in a laundry list of issues that the plus series never had. That being said, although Shneider PRO product
firmware is an easy target. I would definitely check the wiring first. Particularly with DIY installations improper Ground and neutral connections are a common cause for the failures you are describing. </div>

Personally, I have had my share of problems with the PRO series Scheider products, but have never seen any equipment damage. I have however seen numerous instances of installer error particularly with the previously mentioned Neutral and ground circuits. Common
mistakes are multiple Neutral to ground bonding points rather than just one and only one. Improperly or undersized, or even missing Neutral conductors. I have even seen a "hot" wire used as a neutral, and shockingly the 120 Volt devices that were being supplied
with 240 Volts managed to survive for a few weeks. For sure check all the onsite wiring before diving into inverter firmware issues.<br>
