<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">I recently expressed my disappointment that users cannot override or adjust the smart load settings on the Midnite AIO.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">I now realize that they can't easily override a smart load setting on an EG4 system with GridBoss, either. This seems like such a basic, necessary feature. Am I missing something? </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">For example, if a "smart load" is set up to run only when the battery is between 50% and 100%, the user should be able to override that with the tap of a button to manually power the load if the battery is below 50%. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">You can't even rename a smart load circuit to determine what it is in the monitoring system.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">These smart load functions are really quite dumb and not very flexible. Even Enphase lets consumers easily override load-controlled circuits.
