Mick,<br>
<br>
I've connected other LFP batteries to the Magnasine. It is possible
to make the charger settings all work but it is difficult to get the
AGS settings right for a start voltage. There is a "lithium
compatible" firmware version for the remote, but good luck at find
one of those for now.<br>
The elephant in the closet with the Magnasine is that if the system
goes through a power-on cycle with the remote detached, then the
inverter operates with its default settings.<br>

<div>At times I've noticed strange behavior with the Magnasine
inverters during charge cycles. As I recall, the units jump
from Bulk to Float soon after generator driven charging gets
under way. For clients with old or compromised lead acid
floodies, I've occasionally set Float and Bulk to the same
target voltage. These are off grid setups where the generator
noise keeps the client aware that charge is underway. Most of
these clients don't have the generator automated, which is
also true for my 2025 EG4 customer.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I won't try that "Float @ Bulk voltage" trick with lithium,
of course. Any & all war stories would be welcomed. As
always, "The Wrench List is the Bomb!"</div>
