<p>There is another advantage to being able to monitor w/o batteries
initially. It allows data to be collected on how the facility uses
energy which is much better in my opinion for sizing than an
inventory and and hours assumed load study. <br>

large amount of time that appears unnecessary with a
better manual. </p>
