<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">Has anyone seen this before? I’m dealing with a battery bank that keeps tripping out, opening the K3 contactor, randomly. I can’t find any pattern nor cause. Voltage is ok, load ok, temperature
ok. It could be during the day under PV charge, or in the evening. The battery bank is paired with a SolArk 15k. Same behavior if it’s closed loop or open loop voltage-based control. SolArk tech support said it was not supported in closed loop. GSL tech support
has not been useful and refuses to address the issue at hand. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">I wrote about this same project Dec 2024 was able to recover a frozen and 18 months abandoned deeply discharged battery bank. Capacity wise, they are fine. This site is not continually occupied;
I just don’t know how to get it to the point where the system is reliable. Tempting to bypass the K3 contactor, as it still would have a secondary one for safety.
