<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A Radian 4048 disconnected from the grid with a high grid voltage error showing on the Mate 3. The Mate 3 was displaying a voltage of 279 - 280 V. The Mate 3 was replaced with another Mate 3, and the high voltage reading remained. </span></p>
