But now reading about California's path forward, I wonder if HECO is planning on doing this. Since PUC filings are lengthy and arduous to read and digest, understanding their plans is difficult.</div><div><br></div><div>Bed-side reading anybody? Ugh. </div><div><br></div><div>Picking up a phone and speaking with a human to clarify these types of details has proven difficult. Different answers to the same question is normally how it has worked for me. Leading to more confusion. </div><div><br></div><div>As much as it pains me, this topic and others in the solar industry (namely manufacturers placing an undue burden on us installers) are forcing us to evaluate adding other income streams that our license class allows us to perform.
