<div dir="ltr">19,000 feet? Is that three or four conductors in an overall run for 4-5k feet? Pulling vaults every 3-500'? 4,000' distance is Medium voltage (15Kv) territory. 1/0 becomes #4. If your not set up for big pulls, most of the wire suppliers in the Bay Area will put your runs on Wemco's. Those are multi spool wire reels on stands. Each run will have your 3-5 conductors on a stand. You can off-load them and set them up with a mini-ex at each pull location. Renting a tugger there shouldn't be a problem. You can contact me off-list if you like. Long pulls were my jam for years.</div><br><div class="gmail_quote gmail_quote_container"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Thu, Jan 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM Theo Van via RE-wrenches <<a href="mailto:re-wrenches@lists.re-wrenches.org">re-wrenches@lists.re-wrenches.org</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div dir="auto"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"></div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">I once installed a 2000’ run of 2 x 3/0 copper. </div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">After I was done, a supplier told me there were crews that specialize in pulling long runs and supply the wire too.
