<div dir="ltr"><div>Years ago I had a customer who was dead set against a Smart meter. PGE fought them, but the customer was insistent. Does anyone know if they will still be able to hold on to their old meter and old billing? I am guessing not and they just got lucky that PG&E has not forced them to get a new smart meter.
