The intent was to house the batteries there, but we are in excess of the 80 kWh limit for an accessory structure. It would be impractical to house part of the batteries on an exterior wall.<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Are there any "loopholes" that might allow this larger ESS for this property? And if not, has anyone attempted to comply with Ch 4-9?
