<div class="pre" style="margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: monospace"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">With the sale of Outback, their tech support seems to have disappeared. Around the time of the sale, tech support had agreed to send me a new control stack for a Radian. After a long delay, they did send it, but were quick to remind me to return the core. </span></div>

<div class="pre" style="margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: monospace"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">When the new control stack was installed, the inverter would not work. The error message was AC Out Voltage Low. I put the old one back in and returned the one they sent. There is no one to talk to, and no one answers email. </span></div>
