<div>You have to do the math for costing the grid, a genset, and solar direct.</div>
<div>The genset usually wins if the grid is not an option. You can easily find/replace pumps that are not solar direct.</div>

<div>If you do the solar, you still need a genset and the electronics to support it.</div>

<div>It is not an easy thing to do if someone is not living there. Most Ag run big gensets if no grid is available.</div>

<div>If you can add the grid, it will improve the property for the owner. Not sure about that in California anymore.</div>
