Sol-Ark and the sales person I talked with knew nothing
about such a letter. Fortress didn't have anything on their
website and didn;'t answer their phone.</div>

request before or that I've seen manufacturers
supply such documentation. Is this something
that anyone is familiar with? Did I miss
something here?</div>
