Probably not overcharged or under (much). There may possibly have been a
low battery incident or two. It is my suspicion, but is not backed by any
testimony to confirm.<br><br>
The location is inside where it doesn't get extremes of

Hello Wrenches,<br><br>
I was analyzing a string of 8 Trojan L-16 batteries with badly corroded
terminals. The specific gravity read perfect on each battery. Two of the
batteries read low voltage; about 4.2 volts.It seems like one cell's
worth of voltage wasn't showing up on each battery. Has anyone seen this
before? <br><br>
What would cause this? How can the specific gravity be right?<br><br>
