Hi gang. A reminder that this is not the best place to find answers to

your tax-related and policy questions. Risky business. The RE-Markets

list has some solid policy folks that hang out there, in addition to

That said, it does seem quite clear that the system would have to be

placed into service (commissioned) in 2015 to claim the credit for that

year. <br><br>
