<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000; font-size:10pt;"><div>Seems I was once told that (Depending on software revision), successful Switching from Manual to Auto depended on whether or not the system itself called for a start to begin with i.e. whether the start criteria was met in either AGS or a charge mode when the genny was started in manual. My problem was the customer just wanted to run the genset periodically to top off the batteries.. He would start the genny in manual (from the mate 2), and as soon as he kicked it into auto, the genny would shut down. As i recall, we found the smoking gun under timers.. If a clock was still running (Or stopped short) you could switch to auto and it would run out the clock.
