Hello Wrenches,<br><br>

We put a system in a year ago with an Outback GVFX 3524 with 2205 W of PV

and a Midnite Solar Classic CC. The system owner would now like to expand

the system by another 6 modules.<br><br>

Our tentative plan is to AC couple 6 Enphase  M-215s powered by 6

REC 255 W modules to the Outback. This way, the GVFX 3524 would be

selling power on its own while simultaneously feeding power back into the

grid through its transfer switch.  <br><br>

The plan is to drop the voltage to 120 V using an autotransformer before

feeding the power into the protected loads panel for AC coupling.

Has anyone tried this configuration? Can anyone see any

problems?<br><br>
