<p dir="ltr">Charger set to on bit the max amps to 0 or volt setting to high. Isis you use the inverter to turn on the genny or did you just start it up because it may not connect if it did not request it that has happened to my customers. Go into the gen menu and try from there. </p>

It will create power but it won’t charge from the generator. This is a generator that was working with a 3 SI4548 system. We checked rotation and volts and hertz. We checked inverter programming. All seems correct. There is no phone service so using tech support is cumbersome.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
