That electric fencer needs it's own grounding electrode system!<br>
<br>
Unlike the premises grounding system, where there's normally no
voltage present, the fencer's<br>
ground completes the circuit.<br>

I have measured over 12,000 volts on our farm fencer grounding
conductor....I have learned not to<br>
touch it....had to try it 2 or 3 times to be sure though ;-)<br>

drizzle I had a little tingle while assembling EMT. I did
not get a meter out, but it sorta felt like a 9V battery

a little tingle is not really supposed to be there…<o:p></o:p></span></p>
