    <div class="moz-cite-prefix">I'd be super sure: I just pulled some
      wire out of a weatherhead that was probably 20 years old.  All the
      out door exposed conductors had the insulation cracked completely
      through showing several feet of bare copper.  <br>
      I wish I had taken a picture, it was NOT just the outer clear
      covering, it was a complete insulation breakdown.<br>
      This has passed Denver City Electrical inspection BTW.<br>
