It's my understanding that shingles would not be included, just as

Electrical panel work may be OK if, say, you're putting a 30A PV

in a 100A panel-- the addition of the PV likely requires a change to

panel to remain code compliant. Similarly, if code requires you to<br>
upgrade the service for your interconnection to be legal, then I
would<br>
say that that change is eligible for that ITC.<br><br>
