It sounds like the issue is that the Stacking Mode for the Slave inverter is set as OB Slave L1, and should be OB Slave L2. This is causing the slave inverter to go into a power save mode.</span></p>

I was on site last Friday and was able to sort out the AGS issues, at least I thought I had. I left the site with the generator charging the batteries. After the generator had ran for about 5 hrs and the battery voltage read 51.5 volts the customer called concerned that the generator had not shut down after the charge reached a float level. They turned the generator off and at that point lost half the loads in the house because the slave inverter had shut down. I can see that the inverter mode is “off” through the on-line monitor.</span></p>

This is the first time I have worked with the MATE3 and have searched high and low through the manual to try and find how I can access the mode setting for the slave inverter, so that I can turn it back on, but I have found nothing. If it was a weekday I am sure an Outback tech could send me in the right direction, but I am hoping someone out there in the wrenches world has got the MATE3 dialed in.</span></p>
