I suggested he head to the doctor and he decided to go to the hospital. I visited him at the hospital on Wednesday and talked shop and about life in general and all of the strides we've all experienced over the years.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>Lou was lucid in his thoughts, but the devastating results of the heart attack had him in the ICU on 24 hour watch.</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>He shared with me that he had hoped to be back to work by December, but knew he needed to get better first.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span>He was a good guy and was a giver of his time and would share his knowledge with anyone. He taught me alot over the

has passed away in the last few days.<br>
<br>
Louis had a heart attack about a week ago and this is probably
related to that.<br>
