    Just a minor note: if I recall, the PS model was the first to
    eliminate the generator autostart function and auxiliary relays from
    the unit. It also eliminated the digital display and control panel.
    It was intended as a low-cost "base model" of the SW series (I heard
    some installers that the initials stood for Pile of ...). So I don't
    think that these units can start the generator, unless you can
    locate an auxiliary genstart unit from that era. You would also need
    a SW remote in order to program the units.<br>

          There was a 3 phase version of the SWs which required a
          separate 3-way
          cable and<br>
          different software in the SW itself.<br>
