It meets the requirements 690.14 (C) (1) Exception so long as you comply with 690.31 (E). The output of all 10 single phase inverters will be combined in a main lug only panel located on the 8<sup>th</sup> floor (each inverter will have a 2 pole breaker). The MLO Panel will be protected by a fused switch located in the basement.
