I have a client with a Lorentz pump that has failed for the fourth

time.  Failure mode is the rotor locks and won't turn.  Does

anyone know why this happens and how we can prevent it?<br><br>

Where do I send this pump for repair?  The shop in the upper mid

west (can't remember the name, initials are SPP) has a disconnected

number.<br><br>
