<DIV><BR></DIV>Yes. We were told this after selling a 12K RES to a
client last year. A few months later we were advised to tell our client
to never mention that it would be used in a off-grid situation after he had
purchased the unit. It sure put us in a weird spot. Although I
protested, explaining that the application was made known to the distributer
before purchase, he claimed there was nothing he could do. I have since
avoided Kohler for a variety of reasons, but this being quite a big one.
It has been a real bummer. I was never given a real reason for
