There is labor there who are interested in jobs, and there is a lot of solar potential. Their utility portfolio might be unimpressive right now, but the cost of power is high and I wonder if the facilities there will attempt to offset %100 with solar. Ltd., has officially opened and started production in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The plant is assembling SANYO's HIT (Heterjunction with Intrinsic Thin-layer) solar modules at a
