It is not a constant voltage controller, PWM, etc. It IS very reliable. <div>From the manual: Charge termination volts is 14.2 volts, charge resumption voltage is at 12.8.<div>I can mail you the manual if you need, I have an extra copy. Hardly any useful info, other than what I've related, IMHO.</div><div>I've used these with sealed batteries, but I use B&B brand, and this voltage is within their recommended charge voltage range. Other sealed batteries might need lower voltage set points.</div><div>Also, it depends if it is being used in float service, or actual cycle service. B&B recommends a lower voltage(13.7) for constant float service. </div><div>Third, sealed batteries are very finicky about maximum charge current, too. Lower array current might work with this controller, and a higher amp array might be too much, and you should go to something more sophisticated.</div><div><br><div>
