accuracy that I need for very specialized "field<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

(FWRT). However, the cheap tester works great for<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

conductors and severe faults in modules. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

to actually use the tester. Several people own<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

use them. They should be used on every installation<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
