supply
units for their Andalay product, but the speculation that we are

distribution is absolutely not true. Please consider these facts:</font><br>

<font face="Verdana">The vast majority of our product is shipped
into general
distribution.<br>
PVAC is in the future and NO Enphase product shipments are being
diverted to PVAC projects.<br>
A PVAC inverter component is different from a
general "inverter/module combination" product.<br>
<br>
As I mentioned earlier, the reason for the delays is that demand has
far
exceeded our current production capacity. We are working diligently to
fix this temporary situation by ramping up <font color="#000066">production</font>,
but we will not ramp production
irresponsibly (i.e. without ensuring quality standards continue to be
met). </font><br>
