effective at all is in applications such as car ports, awnings, parking areas,
and the like where the backs get a fair amount of reflected light. Since that
light is nearly always pretty diffuse, rails don't seem to affect it much. But
you don't get much extra either way - I think the best case scenario I have
heard of is around 7% more, and that was at a ski resort on pole mounts with a
lot of reflected light.</FONT></DIV>
