I used to call the local FBI about this stuff (like5 years ago), but
even then it was so rampant that they basically just act interested and
forgot about it after you've hung up. I know this because I know
someone who works for these people. There are just way, way too many of
these things going on for the authorities to be able to get much of a
handle on it.<br>

This falls under identity theft, which really seems to be getting out
of hand these days.

Maybe if everybody does this, you might get farther too.

People paying their credit card company an extra fee to take care of
fraudulent use isn't really a good way to go either I wouldn't think.
