Fronius just released a service bulletin about a potential problem with the GFDI board. They are not only being proactive about this but in aknowledging that it could take up to 30 mins to replace this board in the field they are offering $175 per board to be replaced! Now this is what we are all talking about - frikin stand behind your product and don't make us pay for your failures.
Thank you Gord and management at Fronius for leading the way and once again showing me why Fronius is my inverter of choice!
btw - this only effects inverters w/Ser. # 1814_ _ _ _ or higher, these would have shipped from mid April 2007 forward.
