There is a lot of nice information on the SDREO website, but I do not see a simple rundown of how to apply the incentives. I still say the best way to look at all the incentives is to go to Clean Power Estimator. http://www.consumerenergycenter.com/renewable/estimator/default.htm

For Hawaii, you can look at BP Solar's or Kyocera Solar's website for a similar estimator (done by the same person).
