NABCEP's board represents a cross section of the PV industry, labor, and government. Two identifiable wrenches are on that board, Ezra Auerbach and myself (Don Loweburg). The voluntary certification will be non trivial. Input should be made to Wendy . You should know that she actively seeks your views.
