This is a weird requrest form the Swamp. . .
Does anyone know of a lighting system, run off a
telephone jack, that could charge a battery in a lamp over time that could be
used briefly to light a lamp. I just bought a house in the swamp built in
1903 under huge overbearing Liveoak trees in the twon of McIntosh (population
450). The house has little wiring and hardly anywhere to put PV
modules. As I said, this house has little wiring and I had this brainstorm
about using the telephone jack to power a small battery in a light. Does
such a thing exist? If not, do you know where I can get a board stretcher
or a sky hook, or a full moon solar charger??

It's strange that I've been doing solar for 30
years and I've spent 90% of that time living under huge trees.
