I agree with Steve and Jerry. Currently there are unrealistic expectations.
Its time to be accurate. Remember this is system output. Too often single
component effieciencies are used rather than aggregate efficiency. So 62% on
a hot day for a roof mount in Fresno may not be unreasonable.70% is what some
are stating for the coastal areas in CA,
