Here is a link that spells out part, if not all that PG+E  requires for net metering these days.   I'm still learning how to read PG+Es map which is changing periodicly.

Also check out this next link to see how they are getting into the SMUD model of pge supplied PV on subscribing customers homes.
 
I think this thread belongs on the RE-.marketing list though.
 PG+E is a market barrier.
Isn't that kind of anti NAFTA or somthing?

Gainesville Florida's local city utility wants to go ahead with net metering. The final rules for net metering will not be established until Dec. Florida, the sunshine state, still does not have net metering regulations for the state. The mayor asked me to get samples of the agreement a homeowner or business signs with a utility and he will present it next Monday July 17th to the city utility board.
