The California Energy Commission is considering, among other things, increasing the rebate from $3.00/watt to $4.50/watt, retroactive to Feb., 2001. Please read the latest proposed changes, available at: http://www.energy.ca.gov/renewables/index.html#notices

Then click on: NOTICE OF BUSINESS MEETING MAY 16, 2001

This will give information about the changes and means of commenting on same.
