I’ve made a living in the solar contracting business since 1977. Send $2.00 and a large self-addressed envelope and I’ll sen you my no cost survival techniques for solar marketing to overcome the consensus reality of the mass media matrix. There are hundreds of free or low-cost ways to get your name in front of the public. I strongly suggest that all solar electric dealers branch out into solar hot water &/or pool heating. It’s really much easier than solar electric systems.

We are all in for some good times. President Shrub is clueless and is going to let VP Chewey’s oil, gas, and coal buddies rape and pillage the consumers in the next 3 years. Expect utility prices to dramatically go up and the lights to go out quite often starting in May. Shrub and Chewey hate the word conserve they’re going to bring back the 50's Freddy Friendly Nuclear Genie - but its too late - I intend to bring back my Stop Solar Energy - Mutants for Nuclear Power bumper sticker. These guys are the Village Idiots of modern technology. Not to worry, the public does not want to glow in the dark or breath toxic coal-fouled air. As these clueless smucks cause utility prices to triple in the next 3 years, the public will be begging solar contractors to help. By 2008 most people’s utility bills will be bigger than mortgages. If you can conceive of being successful and actually have the guts to charge for your time and knowledge, you’ll make plenty of money and have fun! If you are not enjoying this 21^st Century ride into economic energy chaos then rob the Federal Reserve, you have my permission. Then you’ll find out money, cyber or paper, isn’t worth it, if you’re not believing in and enjoying what you’re doing.
