Hi Tom,

I don't know if this the site that Windy is talking about, but it is a NASA site that has solar insolation data, especially for reagons of the world that have no surface data.

Try:  http://eosweb.larc.nasa.gov/sse/

Subject: looking for web site [RE-wrenches]

Does anyone have the web site for NASA instantaneous worlwide solar radiation data? Windy Dankoff told me someone sent him the site and he can't find it now.  I had the site once but misplaced it.
Thanks,
Gator Tom
