A quick reminder :

    When using a "Solar Boost" (not UL) remember that ANY connection to ground BEFORE the negative solar array wire in, will REDUCE (if not negate) the optimized input from the charge controller.(may be true w/ any MPPT type of charge controller)
    Using a Poly Phaser (not UL) , the negative side is bonded to the enclosure which is bonded to your ground wire which is bonded to your ..... well you see.
     Do not use this kind of lightning suppression, the Delta LA DC 303 types are ok.( same innards but are not bonded by their enclosures)
