Was the box installed out in the open, not under any cover?   Even so, condensation shouldn't cause this.

When will we get real products that last and are built right??

Hi Jay, I'm relieved to know that you have used many with no problems. I will
relax- there is always the possibility of "wierd" stuff happening. I have my
own theory- condensation on the PC board. Just a theory
