Wrenches, The Feds are trying to sneak
through House bill 602P that would make it possible to charge 5 cents for each
e-mail sent. The US Postal Service will attempt to bill each e-mail user out of
" alternate postage fees ", by billing internet service
providers at the source. Customers would be billed in turn by their
internet service provider. Let your representatives know you are opposed
to this plan.
