Todd,  Well stated. I want to see manufacturers be part of this forum. Though
HP shys away form critical reviews, this forum serves as a reality check. You
cannot bs us wrenches collectively. (How many of us, though, thought in the
past that we are the only one seeing a particular problem?) Now that's
changed. There is great opportunity here for both wrenches and manufacturers.
